I published a couple of things over on the Project Support blog this week, and our MVPs have been busy posting too!:

Project Server and Synchronizing Users to Project Sites– covers some changes from 2010 to 2013 – of particular use if you happened to uncheck the sync user to subwebs automatically before migrating to 2013.

Project Server 2013: Which Ideas are now Projects? looks at the ideation scenario and helps understand whioch items from a list have already had projects created from them.

I also had my first look at the Curah platform https://curah.microsoft.com/– and curated some of the Microsoft content around Getting Started with Project Online - https://curah.microsoft.com/267653/getting-started-information-for-project-online

I’ll see how this goes, and if it seems to be valuable I will look at other topics to curate – and also include external information from our great MVP, partner and customer community.  OLAP and farm to farm migration might be good topics – and perhaps licensing…

If you haven’t seen it yet, then there is a call for topics for the Ignite conference next year - http://ignite2015.eventpoint.com/survey/callfortopics#fbid=– get your ideas in and let the organizers know how important Project is to you.  Join the TweetJam on Tuesday 9th too - http://blogs.office.com/2014/11/20/help-shape-microsoft-ignite-event/– Thanks Alex for the reminder on this

Ben posted a timely reminder about backups - http://www.applepark.co.uk/this-might-just-save-your-life/

Paul posted a very useful looking PowerShell script which I have downloaded and just need to find time to play with - http://pwmather.wordpress.com/2014/12/01/projectonline-projectserver-project-site-finder-javascript-jquery-office365-sharepoint/ – this looks like another option to the Project Online access to list data I described in my ‘Ideas’ posting.

Peter links to some recent announcements of new features coming for our Project Online customers - New Project Online features on the Office365 Roadmap– and has some very festive snow on his site!

and Treb recently updated his ‘getting rid of html tags’ document Converting RTF to Text in SQL Part 3 which I know I will be bookmarking.
